Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.  We reserve the right to change the contents of this website, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your use of the website after a change has been posted will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.  We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs. We will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.

We will do our very best to deal with your complaint as soon as possible and make every effort to reach a satisfactory conclusion on your behalf in order to retain your valued custom.

When you register for an account, you will be asked to enter your email address and choose a password. You are responsible for keeping your email address and password confidential. You agree that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur using your email address and password.

You are authorised to view, display, print and download Content and individual pages from the site for personal, informational, and non-commercial use only (provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on those pages). 
Accuracy of Information

The Harlow Club takes reasonable effort to ensure that content on this site is complete, accurate and current. Despite The Harlow Club's efforts, however, the information on this site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Products included on the site may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may carry a different price than that stated on the site. The Harlow Club reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer. The Harlow Club may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. 
Our contract

he information you provide when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you with any query we may have. When placing an order from The Harlow Club, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and your order details. A contract between you and The Harlow Club will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items have been dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive another email, confirming your order has been dispatched. 

The Harlow Club retains the right to refuse any request or order made by you. If your order is accepted you will be informed by confirmation email. 

Any emails with customers are for discussion purposes only and can not be used to create a binding contract. 
Payment

The Harlow Club accept payment from all major Debit and Credit Card companies and via PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment via cheques or postal orders.   Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card will be carried out, to ensure there are sufficient funds in the account for the transaction. Goods will not be despatched until this check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. 
Postage & Packaging

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Tax & Duties / Tariff Charges

Please be aware that all orders with delivery outside of the UK will be subject Tax & Duty charges and any orders to the USA will be subject to the current tariff charges. To find out how much these charges would be, you will need to contact your local tax office as the charges vary from country to country. Tax & Duty/Tariff charges are completely out of our control.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for these charges. An order cannot be cancelled or 'returned to sender' unless these charges have been cleared. Refusal of payment of the charges will result in your shipment being returned to sender with any outstanding shipping costs and import charges being deducted from your refund.  By placing an order with us you agree to these terms and conditions.  Your statutory rights still apply.
Promotional

Promotional discount codes – we may from time to time offer promotional discount codes to our customers via our website or through our social media pages. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue, so please read any accompanying information thoroughly before using your discount code. Only one promotional discount code can be applied per order. We reserve the right to vary these conditions.

GIFT CARDS
How long does a gift card last for?

The Gift Card will expire 24 months from purchase. 
using your gift card online
  • When you checkout you will be asked to enter the code on your gift card on the checkout page 
  • If there is a balance to pay for the item(s) you are purchasing, you can pay the balance using your debit or credit card in the usual way 
  • If the total order value is less than the value of the gift card, any balance will remain on your account can be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired. 
Gift voucher exclusions

You cannot use your gift voucher to purchase from any of the following: 

  • Third party stores selling The Harlow Club product 
Returning items bought with a gift card

If you bought an item online using a Gift Card we will refund the amount to an e-gift card.
Damaged gift cards

If your gift vouchers are accidentally damaged, please contact customer services – using info@theharlowclub.co.uk
General Terms and conditions
  • You cannot exchange gift vouchers for cash. 
  • Gift cards are non-refundable 
  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud. 
  • We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
