How do I contact customer service?

How do I enter a gift card or discount code?
If you would like to use a gift card or discount code against your order please proceed to checkout and enter the code in the box.
I'm not sure what size to buy, do you have any size charts?
Each of our products have individual size charts available on each product page. If you need more information, please contact the team at info@theharlowclub.com.
How do I subscribe to the mailing list?
To subscribe: Please go to the footer bar of our website and scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your email address to join. Subscribers get exclusive information about the latest collections, launches, events and sales.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
To unsubscribe: Please scroll down to the bottom of the email you have received from The Harlow Club, and click the unsubcribe button, this will then remove you from our mailing list.
How much is shipping?
You will find all of our shipping rates on the page named 'Delivery & Returns'. This can be found on the bottom menu bar.
Does Harlow read the emails through contact page?
Only our customer service team read, and answer the emails that come in through our contact us page. If you would like to send Harlow a personal message, the best place is her personal instagram account.
ORDER HELP
Tax and duty charges
Please be aware that all orders with delivery outside of the UK, except USA, will be subject Tax and Duty charges. To find out how much these charges would be, you will need to contact your local tax office as the charges vary from country to country. Tax & Duty charges are completely out of our control. It is the customers responsibility to pay for these charges. An order cannot be cancelled or 'returned to sender' unless these charges have been cleared. Delay or refusal when paying for these charges, will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms and conditions.
All orders to the USA are shipping DDP, Taxes will be calculated and charged at the checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to change or cancel you order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible the team will to their best to accommodate.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please firstly check your tracking link which can be found in your despatch email for any further information from the delivery provider.

How do I return an item for an exchange?

General information
Please note all shipping times online are a guide and not a promise, We aim to have all order delivered to you as soon as possible. The Harlow Club can not be held responsible for custom delays. Delays can also be caused by Holidays, peak times such as Black Friday or new product launches, we will always do our best to inform customers of any known delays.
What shipping options do you provide?

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply at checkout.
Please check if Tax and duty charges will apply to your order before placing your order, we ship DDU Delivery Duty Unpaid, except the USA where tax's will be pre-charged at the checkout.
