Europe

We currently ship into the EU using DDU services (Delivery Duties Unpaid) also known as DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the buyer/receiver is responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, handling/customs clearance fees.

Please bear this in mind as the shipping costs noted below do not include any of these additional fees and they will need to be paid in order to release your items for delivery.

Payment of VAT (local rate) is required regardless of the value of the goods ordered. However, if your order is in excess of €150 then the additional fees will include both VAT and custom duties.

It is up to the customer to research the VAT and taxes and duties in their country before placing their order. If payment of any customs fees and charges are refused by the customer/receiver the order will be returned back to us and shipping costs/import fees will be deducted from your refund.

Transit times are dependent on clearance through customs. Once any additional fees have been paid then the standard shipping delivery is typically between 4-8 days working days and express delivery is between 2-4 working days, not including the time in customs.

USA

Due to new regulations all orders are now shipping DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). Any duties, taxes, VAT, handling/customs clearance fees are all calculation, and charged in advance at the checkout.

Transit times are dependent on clearance through customs. Once any additional fees have been paid then the standard shipping delivery is typically between 4-8 days working days and express delivery is between 2-4 working days, not including the time in customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Whats do I do if I have lost my returns form?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I return my order?

We hope you love everything in your order from The Harlow Club, but if you need to return an item for any reason, please first of all check the return checklist below to check if your item is still eligible.

When receiving your order, you will have received a card returns slip that will instruct you on how to return your order back to us. Please fill in the information on this card, and send back to us with the item.

If you have lost the returns card / instructions, please click HERE to find the card you can re-print.

Return checklist

1. The item is free from any marks and the tags are still attached.

2. The item was not purchased longer than 28 days ago.

3. The product can be returned in line with our returns and exchanges policy.

4. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

5. Include your order slip in your return parcel. If you have misplaced this, please include a note with your order number and name.

6. If you are returning from the EU, any duties that have incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund. Please add a comment to the outside of your parcel before returning that states 'Return - Taxes and Duties are paid'.

7. Items must have been purchased from www.theharlowclub.com.


Please note, we do not offer a pre-paid returns service.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

At the moment, we are not able to offer an exchange service. If you wish you change the size of your product, please return the item you have in the incorrect size, and re purchase the correct size needed.

Returns policy
  • Items purchased within the last 28 days are eligible for return. 
  • Returned items must be returned back to us within 14 days of the online return submission, failure to do so will result in the return being cancelled.
  • Items must have all tags attached. 
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags intact. 
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving a return.
  • Return costs are non-refundable.
  • The Harlow Club are not responsible for any returned items until they reach our warehouse.
  • We recommend using a tracked or signed service and keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage.
  • We do not currently provide International returns labels within our returns portal and the customer is responsible for organising their own return method. 
  • For hygiene reasons head wear & socks are non-returnable for a refund or an exchange. Please double check sizing before purchasing or contact our team. Contact details can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page. 
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Please refer to our separate gift voucher section.
  • If you are returning Internationally, any duties that have incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Any returned items that are either dirty or soiled will either be returned to the customer or a cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • The Brothers Keyrings are non-returnable
Faulty items

If you feel you have received a faulty or damaged item please email our team at info@theharlowclub.co.uk. You will need to send some photos of the issue for our returns department to analyse.


Please note refunds are only eligible within 28 days of receipt. Your item must be deemed faulty within 90 days at the discretion of The Harlow Club. We are happy to offer an exchange for a faulty or incorrect item within this time frame. Please be aware that any general wear and tear will not be deemed as a fault.  

Do you have extended Christmas returns?

Yes, we do have a longer returns time for the Christmas period, we will be accepting returns up until the second week in January (12th) for Christmas gifts purchased in the incorrect size.
